Does your bill look different this month?
PID has returned to monthly billing and that means that if you use automatic online payment, you need to change the date for your payment (bank, credit card or debit card).
Bills are sent out on the 15th of each month so you must set your payment date no later than the 5th of the next month to avoid a late fee (it may be set any date between the 15th and 5th to be considered on time).
Temporary Bill Reduction: Some customers are not currently charged for water usage. The District's water meters were damaged in the 2018 Camp Fire. 50% of meters have been installed; once your meter is installed, we will resume charging for water consumption at $1.61 per unit (100ccf = 748 gallons).
Residential Active Status $42.98 per month. Note: Does not include $1/month hydrant fee collected for the Town of Paradise.
Business Rates may vary depending on meter size.
Ready to Serve Status $21.49 per month. Note: Does not include $0.50/month hydrant fee collected for the Town of Paradise.
